Accepted Methods of Payment. JDC Enterprises is PayPal verified and chose to process all payments through PayPal only. In this manner, JDC Enterprises will have to pay a minimal fee (2.9% + .30 of a transaction to PayPal) only when a sale takes place. This is another means to cut down costs on our end to ensure the lowest possible price we can offer to our customers. PayPal accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE PAYPAL TO PROCESS PAYMENTS THROUGH PAYPAL. Go through the checkout process. When you click Finish, you will be transferred to the PayPal page where you may sign in to your paypal account OR click on where it says: "do not have a paypal account" where you will be allowed to enter your credit card information without using a paypal account. PayPal provides automatic fraud screening and PCI/CISP compliant for data protection. If you are having difficulty going through the process, let us know. We can request Paypal to send an invoice through your email address and provide a link to a secured page where you can pay using your credit card.
Shipping Time. Upon verification of payment, we ship your products within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends when the warehouse is closed. Immediately, you will be contacted by JDC Enterprises, the owners of MyBeautifulSolarGarden.com, if there is any delay in processing your order. At which time, you will be given an option to cancel the order and a copy of voided or canceled transaction or credit back to your credit card will be emailed to you. When shipped out of the warehouse you will be informed by email including tracking number/reference numbers. Expect to be informed for any delay while in transit and upon completion of delivery.
Shipping Methods. We always give you the option to ship your order via UPS ground or USPS, whichever costs less to you.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email us: info@mybeautifulsolargarden.com or call us direct at (951) 990-6870 for person to person instructions or leave a voice mail for a return call with your name, telephone number and best time to call. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured by contacting us by email or by phone. You have 14 days from date of shipment to initiate a return by contacting us. You may email return/refund request to info@mybeautifulsolargarden.com or call us direct at (951) 990-6870 for person-to-person instructions or leave a voice mail with your name, phone number and best time to call for further instructions.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original or copy invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by JDC Enterprises you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by JDC Enterprises.
- Write on the label or package: Returns
- Make sure that a copy of invoice or receipt is in the package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
